Acceptance, exchange or return of delivered goods

Although we try to make our services perfect and the customer as satisfied as possible with the delivered goods, sometimes something doesn't work out. Therefore, you, as customers, have the opportunity to complain or return the delivered goods within the legal period. We always try to meet the needs of customers and address them individually, but even such a return of goods or a complaint has its given framework of rules. In order to save mutual disillusionment, we recommend that you go through them before the purchase itself, follow them, or prevent returns or complaints by not accepting the goods at all. How to proceed is described in the following cases:

The packaging of the goods is damaged
The goods must be delivered in undamaged packaging. Always check the packaging when receiving the goods from the forwarding company. If the packaging shows signs of damage, do not accept the shipment. If you still want to receive the goods, take a photo of the damaged packaging and fill in the acceptance form with the forwarding representative, subject to where you specify the damage to the packaging.

The packaging was fine, but the goods inside were damaged
If the goods are delivered disassembled, inspect all parts for signs of damage or cosmetic defects before assembling. The assembly of the product is classified as use and in the event of a complaint, you may be charged a handling fee and additional transport costs in a package other than the original packaging. If any part of the goods appears damaged and you want to return the goods, take a picture of the defect, contact us and pack the goods back in the original box and send it back to us at the showroom. After receipt and inspection, we will send you new goods.

I assembled the goods and only then did I notice the defects
If the goods have a cosmetic defect that does not affect the function of the product and it is not necessary for you to return the goods, take a picture of the defect and contact us. We solve cases individually and there is always a solution - we are people, so we agree. If the defect is functional or unacceptable, but the goods cannot be returned in the original packaging, deliver the goods assembled to us at the showroom, where we will take it over, check it and arrange further action with you. If you cannot deliver the goods in person and you do not have how to pack them, do not despair and contact us, we will send you a box in which the goods will fit and assembled, so that you can send it back to us at the showroom. There is a handling fee associated with this step, which compensates for our costs.

The goods are fine, but they don't suit me
Sometimes it happens that the goods do not meet your original ideas in the end, you do not fit the size, color or other parameter. We understand that - sometimes it happens to everyone. You have the opportunity to exercise your right to return or exchange the goods. If it is not goods that we have specially ordered for you at your specific request, but goods that we have in stock as standard, we will be happy to accommodate you. However, the goods must not show signs of use and must be in absolutely perfect condition. In accordance with the business conditions, you must transport it to us safely at your own expense. If you cannot deliver the goods in person and you do not have how to pack them, do not despair and contact us, we will send you a box in which the goods will fit and assembled, so that you can send it back to us at the showroom. There is a handling fee associated with this step, which compensates for our costs.
