    Methods of Transport and Payment

    Transport

    The transport of goods within the Czech Republic in the value higher than 10,000 CZK including VAT is FREE.
    The transport of goods within the Czech Republic in the value higher than 5,000 CZK and lower than 10,000 CZK including VAT is charged at 350 CZK.
    The transport of goods within the Czech Republic in the value lower than 5,000 CZK including VAT is charged at 500 CZK.

    The transport of goods to the Slovak Republic in the value higher than 2500€ including VAT is FREE.
    The transport of goods within theSlovak Republic in the value higher than 385€ and lower than 2500€ including VAT is charged at 40€.
    The transport of goods within theSlovak Republic in the value lower than 385€ including VAT is charged at 20€.

    Transport by forwarding company

    • the preparation of goods takes place immediately after the crediting of the amount paid for the order, if the goods are not in stock, the preparation will take place on the day of delivery of the goods from the manufacturer
    • he carrier will deliver the goods to your address within usually 72 hours after the crediting of the amount paid for the order
    • delivery takes place on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
    • the carrier will contact you on the day of delivery by sms or e-mail

    Personal collection at the cre8‘s warehouse (O.T.E.C. warehouse, Hostivice or BLK warehouse, Uhříněves)

    • the goods are stored according to type in two warehouses (location Hostivice and Uhříněves), the customer will receive information in which warehouse he should pick up the goods
    • the preparation of goods takes place immediately after the crediting of the amount paid for the order, if the goods are not in stock, the preparation will take place on the day of delivery of the goods from the manufacturer
    • information about the possible collection of goods will be sent to you by email or sms
    • if you do not collect the shipment within 5 working days from the notification, it will be cancelled

    Payment

    Goods purchased in the cre8 e-shop can only be paid for in the ways specified on the e-shop website, i.e. by bank transfer or through a payment gateway by selecting one of the methods offered by the payment gateway provider.

    Payment options using payment gateway
    Online payments are arranged for us by the ComGate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed payment institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made via the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.

    Card payment
    The fastest way to pay online. In the ComGate payment gateway interface, you enter the card number, the expiration date and the CVC code – three digits that you find in the signature strip on the back of the card. Everything is secured by the 3D Secure standard, so you will probably be aked to enter a numeric code that you will receive by SMS from your bank.

     

    Payment by bank transfer
    Immediate payment via internet banking. The ComGate payment gateway will redirect you to your internet banking where you log in as usual and confirm the already prepared payment order. Afer completing the payment, you will be redirected back to the store. Payment is confirmed immediately, we will continue to execute the order without delay.
